ℹ️ How this works

  • CP Deficit = max(0, Stage CP − Team CP) ÷ Stage CP. Equal or higher Team CP means zero deficit.
  • Stat Penalty is what the game applies when you're under-CP'd. It's one number, applied symmetrically to damage dealt, damage taken, and healing — not three independent values.
  • The penalty comes from 501 measured data points covering 0–50% deficit, interpolated linearly. The underlying function is a curved ramp from 0 to ~10% deficit, then a straight 1:1 line beyond that.
  • Rule of thumb: deficits of ~35% or less are generally clearable. Above that, most stages become a slog regardless of skill.
  • Comparison mode: append ?algo=power_law to the URL to switch to the older power-law fit (over-predicts penalty by ~1pp in the 25–35% zone). A badge appears so screenshots are self-identifying.
